Shipping Policy

At Coaching Systems, we are dedicated to providing prompt and reliable delivery for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, available shipping methods, and international shipping options.

Order Processing Schedule

• Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12:00 PM (Noon) Mountain Standard Time (MST) are processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be shipped the following business day.
• Expedited orders are given priority and will be processed as promptly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Friday and Weekend Orders

• Standard shipping orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday).

We ship to all U.S. states, Canada, and most international countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at orders@coachingsystems.com for assistance.

DHL International Shipping Requests

Customers may schedule international shipping via DHL. To do so, please email your request to orders@coachingsystems.com.
Please note: Orders must be paid in full prior to DHL pickup.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
